Hi, I’m Kat!

I reside today in my hometown of the Comox Valley on Vancouver Island.

Since I can remember the act of creating has always been something that has filled my soul with such joy and pleasure. It has given me the gift to look at the world through “artist eyes,” and allows me to take in the ever changing environment that surrounds us today.

In 2016 I received my Diploma in Fine Arts, and soon after graduated from the University of Victoria with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in 2018.

More often than not I find myself being enchanted by nature and the ecosystems that surround us all here on the West Coast. I am grateful to live in such a beautiful place on Mother Earth.

Growing a garden, learning about plants and forever admiring their beauty is one of my most favourite pass times; aside from painting that is!
